Spring has not quite sprung, but the planning has already begun in Point Pleasant Beach. Easter is the Holiday that makes us all feel just a little bit closer to summer, sunshine and days spent at The Beach(did I mention I bought my flip-flops already? Buy 1 get 1 Half Off @ Vans in the Jersey Shore Outlets. *smiles*).
On Sunday, March 28th at precisely 1 pm, Jenkinson’s Boardwalk will be hosting their Annual Easter Egg Hunt at the Boardwalk in Point Pleasant Beach. Now, if the weather is nice, it will be very crowded and the lines will be long. However, the event is very well organized and run, and can be a lot of fun for the kids. The key is to be prepared. The Egg Hunt is divided into four age groups and are as follows:
Ages 0-4: In front of Jenkinson’s Aquarium
Ages 5-6 and 7-8: In Front of Franks Fun Center
Ages 9-10: In front of Jenkinson’s Amusement Park
Egg Hunt participation is reserved for children only. No Shovels or Digging Utensils. Limit 3 Eggs per Child(a bucket is a good idea).
This is a very exciting event for the kids and a great way to spend a spring day with the family. Many, if not all, of your favorite boardwalk eateries and arcades will be open, especially if the weather cooperates. For more information about this event, visit Jenkinson’s on the web at http://jenkinsons.com/index.cfm.
